If it doesn't align with your team's needs, you can easily claim a full refund. Your payment is reserved and not utilized by us for a duration of 90 days.

04. Does Copter have a service lock-in or ongoing support?

We deliberately refrain from providing ongoing support beyond 90 days under our Copter C plan. We empower you to take control and operate independently using the system we’ve built together. Our objective is to avoid long-term service contracts, enabling us to collaborate with new clients across various industries and regions. While our direct involvement concludes after delivery, you can seek limited-time support by raising a ticket. For regular assistance, you can communicate directly with Notion's support team via chat and email.
